    Isn’t it Matt! I was trying to figure out the recipe last night at dinner. I’ll finnish and create and post – but in essence it’s tossing the slivered hearts in some sort of seasoned crumb (I was thinking of using either a buckwheat or a chia flour crumb) and baking on parchment paper or a silpat for about 25 min @ about 375/400°. Let me know if you try it!
