Blending vs Juicing…The great debate. Is it better to blend or to juice. Frankly, the dialogue is apples to oranges as they are both valuable in their own way and both flood the body with nutrients. If you don’t have a juicer or have access to vegetable juice, then by all means, blend! But if you blend, be sure and “chew” the smoothie to activate your digestive juices and begin the digestive process. This will help to assimilate what you are about to introduce to your stomach.
