We are all born with the body we are meant to have and we hide it behind layers of emotional eating, crazy diets, piles of excuses and on and on.

Put your fork down.

Take a bite, put your fork down and breathe.

What does putting your fork down between bites do? It builds a pause into your meal and slows down your pace. By slowing your pace, you get fuller faster and satisfy your appetite earlier.
You may or may not eat less, but your body will assimilate the food better (aka: DIGESTION).
Eating slower does that. It feels SO elegant to pause, breathe and enjoy your meal.
So simple, right? So subtle, right?
